Party leveling vs solo leveling in Interlude

Last updated: Based on Lineage 2 Interlude

Party leveling in Interlude is usually faster and safer for classes with a defined role, but needs coordination and shares loot. Solo leveling is flexible and independent but slower for many classes. Most players mix both depending on level, class and time.

Party

  • Pros: faster experience at higher levels, safer, access to harder monsters, social.
  • Cons: you need to find or form a party, split loot, and keep to the group pace.

Solo

  • Pros: play when you want, keep all loot, no waiting.
  • Cons: slower for many classes and dangerous in hard areas.

Practical advice

Level solo while it is efficient, then join parties. Learn party roles: the tank, healer, support and damage dealers each have a job. Clans often organise parties for their members: How to choose a clan on a private server.
