How to create a clan and recruit members

To create a clan you generally need a minimum character level and a fee, then you name the clan through a clan NPC. Recruiting is harder than founding: set clear goals, write simple rules, choose a communication channel and be consistent so that members stay.

Founding

  1. Check the level and cost requirements on your server.
  2. Pick a name and a clear goal for the clan.
  3. Create the clan through the proper NPC in a village.
  4. Invite your first members.

Recruiting

  • Write what the clan offers and expects.
  • Use public chat and community places to find players.
  • Introduce new members and help them level.

Keeping a clan alive

Hold regular activities, solve problems early and share responsibility with trusted members.
