Subclass and Noblesse in Interlude explained

Last updated: Based on Lineage 2 Interlude

A subclass lets one character learn a second class and level it separately, while Noblesse is a status earned through a quest on a subclass that unlocks extra abilities and access to the Olympiad. Requirements and rewards are server-dependent, so verify them in your server information.

Subclass

  • A subclass is an extra class slot on the same character.
  • Players generally unlock it with a quest once the main class is high level.
  • Subclass levels start low, so the first levels are a separate leveling effort.

Noblesse

  • Noblesse is a status earned through a quest chain on a subclass.
  • It gives extra benefits and is needed to take part in the Olympiad.
  • The exact requirements can vary by server.

Practical advice

Do not rush it. Make sure your main class is solid first, then consider a subclass that complements your role. See also Olympiad and Heroes in Interlude.
