Castle sieges in Interlude: how they work

Last updated: Based on Lineage 2 Interlude

A castle siege is a scheduled clan battle for control of a castle. Interlude has nine castles: Gludio, Dion, Giran, Oren, Aden, Innadril, Goddard, Rune and Schuttgart. The owning clan defends, other clans attack, and the winner holds the castle until the next siege.

Main idea

  • Clans register as attackers or defenders before the siege.
  • On the day, attackers try to break the defenses and take the throne.
  • The winning clan owns the castle and its benefits until the next siege.

Why it matters

Sieges are the biggest clan events, needing coordination, roles and preparation. They are also a major part of server culture.

Server note

Siege schedules, requirements and rewards are set by the server. Check your server information, and ask your clan leaders.
